Perfecting the Omelette: Day Three

I learned yesterday that there was shock and horror among the interwebs because I’d never made an omelette. Here’s the reason.

I don’t love brunch. And in NYC not loving brunch is a punishable crime. My issues with brunch stem from the fact that the menu usually consists of carb and sugar loaded options that my poor metabolism can’t handle. So my options are omelettes or eggs Benedict. Therefore, I save the egg dishes so I have something to order and don’t get publicly stoned for skipping brunch.

Anyway, here is my third attempt. Tasty but not pretty. I’m not sure what went wrong. So I’m going to try the same thing tomorrow to figure it out.
